12/13/22 at approximately 10:20am judge Sulman commit multiple types of misconduct including Failure to ensure rights. While hearing my motion to Request Production and Motion to dismiss due to Lack of Evidence, No Jurisdiction, Lack of Probable cause and Lack of proper notification he dismissed all accounts even though I could thoroughly link them to The Commonwealth of PA State Constitution, PA Code 1910, US Constitution, and statements/requirements from court forms. He stated, "She could put sanctions against you for filing frivolous motions". Indirectly giving the plaintiff legal advice.
